整體服務需改進的空間不小，雖然設備新穎，
但有幾點待改進請參考
1.行前有接到改房型電話詢問，一大床，換兩小床，馬上回應沒問題，但入住當天ㄧ進入就覺得很奇怪，怎麼房間窗戶很小，很暗，當下反應給櫃檯，竟說已經跟我確認過答應換才更換的，但明顯與照片不符，尤其價格特地選較高的房型，應該是同價位前提下，換兩小床的房型才正常邏輯，後來才改成有大窗戶的四人房
2.一入住確認收費，說是卡片尚未繳費，只是過卡，但trip.com app顯示是已繳費，這似乎感覺不好，如果當時給櫃檯卡片又刷了一次，不就重複收費，這其中似乎管控有漏洞，容易事後產生糾紛，不可不慎
3.房間內浴室的淋浴間，只有1/4的玻璃隔離洗臉盆，洗完澡洗臉盆地板都被噴濕，應該有玻璃拉門，或浴簾隔開，才不會淋浴的時候濺濕外面的地板
4.因為參加賽事中午才結束，需延後退房，也知道會加收200/小時，當天早上有跟櫃檯通知，但回去後發現原來的房卡已經失效，無法進入使用，這中間內部人員的資訊傳遞顯然有落差
5.入住時早餐有加收100/人，但實際上去用餐，卻發現沒人詢問房號，是否未繳費也可以用餐，若加在房價中內含早餐，或許可以免去誤會，或確實執行付費確認才可用餐

1. Advantages: The room is spacious, there is a bus stop downstairs, and there is a Family Mart next to it. It is about 500 meters away from the night market, not too far or too close.
2. Disadvantages: The air conditioner only blows air but the cooling effect is not good. It takes several hours to cool down. I simply moved the bed under the air outlet to barely cool down. The inside of the toilet was not cleaned up, and it was still yellow and a bit disgusting. What was more disgusting was that the receptionist at night was a "male lady". Although there was nothing wrong with her behavior and service, it made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to stay another night. However, the two factors of air conditioning and the front desk made me decide to change to another hotel.
