Outstanding hotel but in the middle of nowhere. Also next to a Thai restaurant there aren't many good food choices nearby. Breakfast at this place has a lot of items but not much that are suited for westerns. Overall, I recommend staying in the city and paying few extra bucks.

It was the first time I took my family to Taitung, so I chose this hotel first. The service was very good and they would take the initiative to help throw away the garbage. The room was average, and the bathtub was very close to the dry and wet separation wall. The children had to take a bath by themselves, and the parents watched them through the wall. If there were parents who wanted to help their children take a bath, it would be inconvenient. The breakfast the next day was rich, and the price was good value for Saturday and holiday

This is our second time staying at Nanuwan Hotel in Taiwan. I have always liked Nanuwan Hotel. Although the price is slightly higher than other hotels, it is not a problem to stay in the hotel all day. It is very suitable for family travel.
