Our stay from Friday to Saturday was fantastic! It truly lives up to its five-star rating. Even the front desk staff were incredibly pleasant and articulate. The hotel's facilities and activities were excellent too; you could easily arrive around noon and spend the whole day enjoying everything it offers. It's suitable for all ages. Our room was spacious, clean, and meticulously tidy. Guests have the option of using either the indoor or outdoor hot springs, and you can even enjoy them in your own room, as the water source is the same. The indoor hot spring area also features massage chairs. The breakfast spread was very generous and varied. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Zhiben!

An old but famous & popular hotel with lots of hot springs for visitors to enjoy & rejuvenate their body，mind & soul.I like the three hot springs pools & also the one in the room.Food is sumptuous & delicious with great varieties.A memorabl & enjoyable stay!Will come back again!

The exterior and common areas are quite dated, but the rooms themselves are lovely. The Chieftain Teppanyaki was just average. The breakfast buffet was as unappetizing as the one at Hotel Royal Jiaoxi. The balconies offer very little privacy; the partition walls are only waist-high, which can lead to awkward encounters with neighbors.

This is an excellent hotel. The open-air bath provided complete privacy and a truly relaxing experience, and the service was outstanding. Both dinner and breakfast were superb. It's truly the perfect place to completely unwind.

We stayed at Hotel Royal Chihpen, which is truly a resort-style hotel offering a wide array of activities. A standout feature was the in-room hot spring bath, complete with a beautiful stone tub – absolutely wonderful. The hotel also provides both indoor and outdoor hot spring facilities. The swimming and spa pools were generously sized, which was another great advantage.

The entire place was meticulously clean. All the staff members were exceptionally courteous. Complimentary bottled water was generously provided for self-service at every elevator exit on each floor, a welcome change from many hotels that limit supply. A thoughtful addition was the self-service ice machine. The hot spring facilities and service were excellent. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay.

The hot springs were spotlessly clean, and the whole place had a fantastic holiday feel. The staff were friendly and polite. With so many options, from the private hot springs in the rooms, the outdoor mountain-view hot springs, and the poolside hot springs, all the way to the huge indoor hot spring on the second floor, it was genuinely rejuvenating.
