作為泰順靠近温州5號綠道2023新開店，很乾凈，離土樓也近。後面雖然是停車場，窗户雙層玻璃隔音效果不錯，房間面積不大但室內基本設施還挺全：衣架、能放行李的低櫃、2人小沙發，小圓桌。衞生間空間較緊張，酒店中式早餐選擇不算少，比預料的要好。走路十分鐘有一家泰順唯一的泰國餐廳挺不錯。酒店工作人員年輕人工作很主動，提前電話聯繫。第一次入住全季，感覺良好，希望國內品牌越來越好。
