Rooms are spacious and clean except for some stains at the curtains The 'Alexa/Google home' in the rooms made the stay even more comfortable as everything could be voice controlled. Interestingly, the hotel provides free supper from 9pm to 11pm which makes it very convenient for guests who arrived late in the hotel to have a quick bite without having to venture out. There are washing machines & dryer available in the hotel for guests to wash their clothes. Thank goodness for it especially during winter so we could bring less clothes along. Most importantly, the service from the staff is excellent. Every one we met in the hotel treated us warmly and went the extra mile to accede to our requests. We booked 3 rooms initially then added one more room after one night. Unfortunately, there wasn't any available room on the the same floor. However, the staff actually called us the next day and informed us of an available room on the same floor and asked if we would like to change the room so the entire family could be on the same floor. I planned a long trip to Xiachuan Island. I originally booked a three-day and two-night trip. In the typhoon weather, I queued up to enter the port of Shanzui to park. I queued up to board the boat to the scenic spot and queued up for a tourist bus. I only knew that it was not by the sea. From the hotel downstairs to the opposite beach 😂 The hotel is renovated, the facilities are old, the room has no balcony, the room does not want to take pictures 🤣🤣 One of the four beds makes a sound when one of the beds turns over! The clerk service of their home is still ok, you can contact at any time if you have any questions!

When we arrived at the hotel at 17:00, the room had not been cleaned yet, so the hotel thoughtfully upgraded our standard double room to an executive twin room free of charge. This move really made us feel good. As soon as you step into the room, you can clearly feel that the hotel facilities are very new. The simple and comfortable decoration style makes people relax instantly, and the overall living experience is quite comfortable. However, some details still need to be improved. For example, the bathroom floor mat has a noticeable odor, which affects the comfort of staying. The hotel is located right next to the residential area opposite, which not only lacks privacy, but also has no special views from the outside, which is a bit regrettable. As for parking, since the hotel shares parking spaces with the nearby shopping mall, parking resources are very tight. It takes a lot of time to find an empty space every time you park, which greatly reduces the convenience of travel. However, the hotel's supporting facilities are relatively complete, with a gym and self-service laundry room, which can meet the diverse needs of different guests. However, in terms of room layout, the twin beds cannot be joined together. For families with children, it is easy for the children to roll off when resting at night, which poses a certain safety hazard. In addition, the quilt cover is relatively hard and makes a loud rustling noise when turning over, which has some impact on the quality of sleep. The comfort of the pillow and mattress also has room for improvement.
