Hotels in Nangang Exhibition Center, Taipei

Good enough when traveling for a business trip. However, the rooms look old and they also contain a lot of dust, because of the fact that it’s not well maintained by the cleaners.

A Taipei business hotel choice with a very high CP value! At least the equipment and environment seem to be maintained and managed with care. The location of Nangang Pavilion is relatively far from the city, but at least there is good parking nearby, and there is also an attached city parking lot inside the pavilion! There are also many parking spaces nearby🅿️In short, the starting price is right! Suitable for price-oriented customers

Hotel located in a quiet environment, 10mins walk to Nangang mrt station. Easy access to town, nearby have a global mall with many eateries. Loved the spacious room with bathtub and cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping will come in everyday to prepare the room. Will definitely come again if I am in Taiwan. Keep it up!

Hotel location is excellent however the receptionists require more training in handling check in customers. Disgraceful to mentioned that one lady with short hair (hotel manager I guessed) totally ignoring check in customers at main entrance. No bell boy at all except her standing there ignoring all walk in customers with hand carry luggages. She don’t even bother to open the door or offering any assistance to customers. This type of behaviour is totally unacceptable and unprofessional to work in hotel line. The breakfasts are acceptable and staffs were good in cleaning up tables. Hotel conditions are average and well maintained. Room was acceptable and nothing great to mention. Customer service is the key to improve in this hotel rather than being ignorant! Attached Costco monthly BEST workers scheme for reference!!

Location is a bit far off from the city center, but they have a shuttle service that brings you to the train station so you can save on Uber trips. Hotel breakfast is great. Cleanliness and hotel staff service is great. Didn't get to use the facilities as much but they didn't have the sauna available at the time we booked and they say there is a massage but during our stay, they said that there is no masseuse available. That being said, their other amenities such as the Gym were good

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel,and they really approachble and really kind, they really care to their customer and what i really like when we back in our hotel we surprised because on our table it has a pouch and a snack they give us for free,super love it, 🥰highly recommended this hotel nexttime we comeback in taiwan absolutely we will choose this hotel again🥰

A very new hotel, still has the smell of one! The room was very well designed. The details, materials and textures are five stars. Reminded me of a room in Waldorf Astoria. I had a very large room which had a very nice open view. One thing about cleanliness though. While it was almost spotless, I did spot a couple of strands of long hair. I think the hotel can step up on that. The infinity pool area faces the new lalaport mall and has a glimpse of sunset. I didn’t get to try the breakfast. The location is indeed a bit off but it’s right next to the new massive Lalaport mall which has an huge range of Japanese brands. At slightly over US$100 per night, it was amazing value for the room I got. Highly recommended.

Good bed, good breakfast. But in room light is not working so well. It turn on and off by itself so many times during the nights. Service was fine but not fit with the marriot standard. Reception and maid looking tired and confused. Location is the best part of this trip. It has shopping malls and mrt. connected to the hotel building . Very convenience.

This was my first time staying in a dormitory in Taiwan. The nearest station is Nanko Station, which is about 7-10 minutes away. Even though my arrival was delayed and I was far behind in time for check-in, they were kind enough to wait for me until late. I was really grateful. The inside was cleaned and beautiful. There was also body soap and shampoo in the shower.

The service staff are very kind and polite The problem of lack of hangers was also solved immediately Breakfast is delivered to the garage downstairs Thank you very much for the warmth The taxi we called was very clean and delivered us to Nangang Exhibition Hall in time. Very grateful
