Great location for tour and business. Close to metro and shopping malls in nearby area in 7 min walking distance. Not too many choice of breakfast but nice treat tea and drinks everyday. I enjoyed the tea treat on last Saturday , started at 3 pm, when just arrived. Very clean and cozy to stay!

Very spacious room & windows can be opened, meaning that ventilation is excellent.  Breakfast is mainly local style, with lots of veggie that I like. Metro is 10-15 min away. Nearest shopping district is Miramar & 3-4 metro stations away. If you are looking for quiet local experience, this is a very good choice. Relatively new but away from major scenic spots. More convenient if you choose to take local buses. We like its deco & also very clean bathroom. Housekeeping is excellent overall. Highly recommended & will visit again. ☺️

This is one of the nicest and most luxurious properties in Neihu. The staff is always waiting and ready to help. For me, the lack of English speakers on staff is a small touch when it comes to request. It seems like most people at the hotel are there to eat as the line for the restaurants is always out the door. The facilities are also a plus with big playroom for the kids, pool with a big tv behind it, and a well equipped gym. The rooms are very spacious and well thought out. The bedding on the other hand is one thing that really bothers me, but that's more of a personal preference (haven't had a great night's sleep the two times I've stayed). Also the 4pm check in/11am checkout is definitely a minus compared to the standard 3pm/noon checkout.

Hotel service and cleanness is so good that I stay there every time I travel to Taiwan. Room is big enough to accommodate more than 5 luggages. The steak house is Michelin-star rated. Service needs to be improved but steak is well done!

Very nicely done Designed in every where we point our camera to. Front desk staffs are extremely friendly and helpful every time we ask for information and recommendations. Good value for the restaurant at 4th floor, too bad that we did not have opportunity to try other fancy restaurants due to other engagements but friendly staff show us around for the details and high level design and finished in detail. For sure we will set Indigo Hotel as our first accommodations pick any where our destination may be. By the way the rate is reasonable compared with others around.

Hopefully the hotel in the future can provide 1500 stay and tomorrow 1200 check-out package is more ideal, because for now online at the earliest to 1800 to stay And this trip.com booking costs more than 2200 to stay in an option It gave me an unpleasant experience with the female staff at the front desk at my 26/12 check-out The male front desk staff was very polite when I checked out today 27/11 This is my 5th stay Always felt good about the hotel Today the male front desk staff gave me a free brunch roll Although it could not be used during last night's stay due to schedule issues Today I can finally use this time the dining location has been changed from last time But pleasant brunch experience Hopefully the hotel can offer 1500 stay bookings Customers have to wait until 2200 outside. It's pitiful

Room: The theme of the room I stayed in was Fantasyland. The room decoration was very fashionable and had a romantic atmosphere. The equipment was complete and the maintenance was pretty good. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and the room was cleaned very clean. The room was also very quiet. Although you can occasionally hear the sound of wall collisions, the impact is not big. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep on. When you see the carousel, you can't help but pretend to be an Internet celebrity and take pictures. Overall, I am very satisfied and will look forward to staying again. Parking: There is a garage and parking is very convenient. There is an MRT station nearby. The transportation is very convenient and the functionality is good. Bathroom: The jacuzzi in the room is quite large, with colorful lights and a good atmosphere. Taking a bath is particularly relaxing. There is also a steam device in the shower room where you can enjoy sweating and promote smooth metabolism. Although the tap of the water is very obvious when the faucet is turned on, it is also very relaxing. It's within the acceptable range. It's very close to the MRT Xihu Station. There are a lot of things to eat, drink and have fun around. It's a very good place. The rooms are neat and clean, and everything is not too old. It's a good place for business trips. It's close to Miramar. It's a pretty good place. choice

Situated at 3 MRT stations away from Taipei Main Station, it is great location for exploring Taipei City. We got a good deal so the price is reasonable. Renovations were in progress the place looks a bit unkept and the room feels somewhat dusty. The room interior/fitting are very old but functional. The Jacuzzi us not working as hence only serve as a bath tube. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast (only tried once) is at a separate venue. It is cafe with limited menu but reasonable quality. Overall, not delighted/impressed but nothing really to complain about.
