The hotel hardwares r decent enough. That’s absolutely no amenities in the room (except shampoo, body wash and conditioner), not even body lotion. The cafe has a limit charge is you want to sit there even for hotel guests. The management is not experience enough to handle customer request in a decent way. We asked for a half hour extension of check out and they said no unless we pay Nt$1300. I think it’s a bit ridiculous. I never stay in a hotel like that.
Got a free upgrade to the executive room, which comes with jacuzzi!
Pros:
- location wise, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood within a bustling area, with malls and eateries aplenty.
- very value for money
- comfortable beddings, good room size
- washing machine and dryer for use on site (chargeable)
- jacuzzi is the bomb! Huge toilet with tv, jacuzzi comes with mood lightings
- free snacks and minibar drinks
Cons:
- May not be too family friendly. Has adult channels and videos for selection on the tv menu, condom provided in the bath room also tells a story
- though well maintained, can still see signs of wear and tear
- sound insulation not the best. Can hear doors opening and closing etc
- while conveniently located , still a good 7-8 mins walk to the nearest mrt station. Buses may be a better option
- no breakfast provided though breakfast options aplenty in the neighbourhood
Everything was good, location in a good residential area with good restaurant and markets.
The staff was smiling and available!

family members were very happy overall with the hotel. One member commented better if hotel has a small swimming pool. Compared with another hotel, the facilities and services were definitely better.
the location is very good .so very near at train station.so very many stores to buy from .the staff arr so nice .they even allow us to check in early without any charges.they clean the room everyday.they change the towels everyday.thank you erin hotel looking forward for the next booking..
Room - room was SPOTLESS and much nicer, newer and modern than I had expected! It was such a pleasant surprise.
Loved the complimentary drinks and snacks, room layout, chair, table, bathroom including the automatic toilet with bidet. In short, the room exceeded my expectations!!
Service was not the best. Front desk was sullen and moody. I reached at 7am and was so so tired, but there wasn’t any early check in available unless I PAID extra. This was despite the fact that I told them I would be checking out early on my last day (around 9am). Front desk was not empathetic and said I could only come back around 3pm for a room.
Secondly, I received a call at THREE AM in the morning!!! The phone refused to stop ringing until I actually picked it up and slammed it down and woke me up from my deep sleep. I called front desk to ask who had called me (cos I wasn’t expecting any calls on the hotel phone) and they said that I had ordered water and cos I didn’t open the door they called me?! This is the most ridiculous encounter at any hotel in all my years of travel. 1)Please do not ever call your guests at unearthly hours and 2)calling the wrong room??? They didn’t even apologise and there was Zero attempts to apologise to me either.
Location. Honestly nothing much nearby in the day. At night there’s some restaurants that were quite crowded. I just used Uber to get around.
Gym only had two machines.
I would say, book the hotel only if you just care about having a nice and decent room and do not care about service / location.
Pretty average hotel stay experience. Average pricing, average service. The only down side was our room had the emergency exit sign that was so bright at night we had to close it behind the curtain… but we generally prefers to have the curtain open to allow sunlight in the morning… so that was unfortunate.
It was a very pro-Japan and nice hotel.
All the receptionists were kind, and we were given lots of amenities and snacks.
The room was clean, and although toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet and must be thrown in the trash, this is quite common in Taiwan, and the hotel is cleaned every day, so it wasn't a problem.
It was close to a subway station, and there were many famous pineapple cake shops and restaurants within walking distance.
It was also nice that we could do our own laundry. There was detergent powder available.
On the way back, we had an early morning flight, so we chartered a taxi to the airport for 1,100 TWD, which was cheaper than anywhere else.
It was a great hotel with good value for money!
The location of the hotel is about ten minutes' walk from the MRT station. The service attitude of the staff is very good. The room is very comfortable and the toilet is very spacious. I will visit again next time I have the opportunity.
It’s a very good hotel in Taipei. Good location, kind crews, nice breakfast.
The cleaning staff is also kind facility is old though.
I’d like to make a reservation again when I travel to there. Thanks.

Outstanding
GGuest UserVery good, already visited twice. Although it is a time-honored restaurant, the service quality is excellent. You can enjoy free ice cream while waiting. The location is also very close to the MRT station, which is great.
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is quiet but prosperous. It only takes 1 minute to walk to Songjiang Nanjing Road MRT Station. There are also restaurants nearby that are open until two o'clock in the morning. The hotel colleagues are warm and hospitable, and solve different problems for guests. Only The breakfast is relatively simple, but the price and location of the room win. There really aren’t many choices in Taipei.
WWAI SIGenerally speaking, it is OK. The location is close to the MRT and easy to find. The area is also very lively. The price is really good this time. I hope I can get this good price next time I stay.
GGuest UserModern hostel style hotel. Download line app and to check in and communicate with the hotel staffs. Easy check in and out and hotel it self is clean from inside. Outlook of the building is off but once you get in to place, there is a public space for hangouts ( quietly). Self laundry is inside the hotel ( hour of operation between 10am-9pm). Staffs are sweet and helpful. I’ll be back if I’m traveling around this area.
GGuest UserOverall, this hostel is very good. It’s cheap, clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the location is very convenient. The self-service check in and check out is also very convenient. The ventilation and drying system in the bathroom is great. The disadvantage is that the water pressure in the shower is too weak. The water temperature also fluctuates between hot and cold, resulting in the entire bathing time needing to be lengthened.
IIvyangAt this price, the C P value is acceptable
Because I have my own itinerary, there is no need for breakfast.
The transportation is convenient nearby and eating is very convenient.
Can consider it.
