Hotels in Songjiang Nanjing District, Taipei

The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Definitely recommended!

location still consider okay, but not really near the train station. not many facilities can use, just a stay for sleep is okay. hotel room a bit hot, no matter how many degree set, still around 24-25 degrees. not sure the room will be very wet, one dehumidifier set in the room, 24 hours turn on, a bit noisy no hock or rack inside toilet to put clothes or hanging towel, not convenient.

Location is ideal as it is within walking distance from the metro. Lots of eating outlets nearby. Cleanliness can be improved. Noticed lots of long hair from past guest still in the room. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

The place location is very convenient as you can take 10 minutes walk to the underground station OR take a bus at the bus station in front of the hotel. It’s surrounded by convenient store, places to eat, famous souvenir snack shops, etc. The room was super clean and the maid done her job very well with good sense of service mind. My partner and I were really appreciate with their simply but delicate breakfast. Recommend as a great choice to stay in Taipei.

Except for the old equipment, the service attitude of the staff is very good.

Booked two standard rooms, the rooms were small but acceptable. The hotel has a washer and dryer, laundry is free and drying is charged, but very cheap. On the same floor as breakfast on the 9th floor, the more inconvenient is that the lift only reaches the 8th floor, you have to walk up one floor to get to the restaurant for breakfast, and the elderly who are not in good health are a little inconvenient.

The hotel staff are polite and have good service attitude. The hotel is conveniently located, close to Songjiang Nanjing MRT Station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, making it very convenient to go anywhere.

Unfortunately this hotel is right next to two stacked roads. The front of hotel is noisy during day until 9 pm I estimate (see picture). I asked for room on the other side of hotel (away from roads) which was granted, but I was given only remaining room on first floor which was only 15 feet from lobby and check in counter! This was not going to work as I have zoom meetings with USA several times in day and can't risk loud lobby guests or check-ins to be overheard during zoom calls. I asked manager for cancellation and they agreed but I need pay one day penalty. I applied for cancellation on Trip.com and yet hotel refused cancellation!! I called hotel front desk next morning and they told me in long winded repetitive sentences that I had to call Trip to ensure they get their money! I was really frustrated with this inefficiency and change of agreement and attitude. I got Trip involved and had frustrating exchange with front counter upon leaving. In all the room is clean and fine the geographical location is convenient, the Wi-Fi is slow at 16 Mbps if I recall and I sense that much is ”over promise and under deliver”. Just my view. Hope it helps others.

It’s a very good hotel in Taipei. Good location, kind crews, nice breakfast. The cleaning staff is also kind facility is old though. I’d like to make a reservation again when I travel to there. Thanks.
