Just a few steps away from Metro station with shops & food stalls nearby. They are open until late at night. The hotel itself is old but the room is clean. I asked for a room with a bath tub and windows. Was given a room with both. Front desk staff were friendly. Basic toiletries and two bottles of water were included in the room.

The location is great if you want to be in Da’an and there is a subway stop on the Bannan line right outside. The room is comfortable and clean though it is an older hotel so keep that in mind. Good to stay solo for a few nights:

location - near mrt. convenience stores/shops nearby. noisy at night due to ktv below the hotel and smells strongly of cigarettes

1.Location easy to find, just a door step next to mrt exit 2. (Zhongxiao Dunhua).
2.Room have very strong smoking smell, have to prepare for this smoking breath air for whole night and sleep in the room.
Reason due to : Its an in-house sharing air-con system. Only adjustable at Low/Midium/High.
3.Cleanliness have to be improved. (carpet/fresh air)
4.Receptionist greeting the walk in customer in the middle of night can be heard from room. Hope there is a solution when welcoming customer hence we will have a good rest.
5.Free drink ,coffeee tea and biscuit in the room.
Besides all includes Towel/Teeth Brush/Hair-dryer/Slipper
6.Price is reasonable.
7.family mart a lot nearby, morning breakfast eatery stroll a few around in the morning.

Location is near the 捷運站 but is a bit noisy as the karaoke is just on the 10th floor and they are strict in their complimentary as though "rationed".

The hotel is near the metro. Near the shopping street. Eateries and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is located on the 11Floor. Front desk personnel are friendly.

I stayed at Dongxin Business Hotel for two nights on this business trip. The hotel has both disadvantages and advantages.
