All the good reviews are for the friendly service staff. We were assigned to a side room at the end of the corridor. As soon as we entered, we felt that the facilities in this club were very old. The lighting was dim, the ceiling in the room was obviously moldy, the toiletries in the bathroom were even broken, the bathroom door lock had a gap and could not be closed, and I didn't know if the shower head was moldy or had black spots on it, and the water flow was very small and forked. The experience was not very good. In the middle of the night, no matter how we adjusted the old air conditioner, it was still so cold that we were shivering when we turned it off. We had to ask the counter staff if there was a heater available. Fortunately, the friendly counter staff was willing to help us solve the problem and immediately lent us one for use in the room. Unfortunately, the overall accommodation quality was still poor. The staff of the club are very friendly and have a good service attitude. Thank them.
