Did not engage much for customer service. but they responded quick fast for a request called from room.
Lift maintenance was ongoing, thus it was very noisy and dusty during the working hours.
Overall was quite clean, the reception area and dining area were satisfactory, but their guest rooms were unexpected small, limited space to open your luggage and to walk around.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hostel. As always, the staff is very friendly, the location is close to the station, and the room is very clean. I will consider staying again next time I come to Taipei

The hotel is in a good location, but there are not many rooms and the sound insulation is very poor. When I took a shower, the water flowed out of the bathroom door and made the floor wet. The mattress was too hard and the pillows were too flat.

Very good location, about ten minutes walk to Taipei Station or Ximen Town Very good hygiene, clean and tidy.

The hotel service is good, because we have more children and its own pillows are relatively soft, we requested 2 more pillows are given to us, service staff are very nice, the hotel is also good can collect packages on behalf of travelers without charge, there are several cup noodles and biscuits for guests to eat.
