Hotel exterior looks old but condition of hotel.room is satisfactory. Does not seem like a 5 star hotel. Location is a plus though.

雖然很多年的飯店🏨但整理的很乾淨！兩張單人床棉被跟床都好睡，又有浴缸🛁可以泡湯休息很不錯👍！超推的！

The most convenient location in Taipei. You can access to literally everywhere especially if you take a train.

Great location. Close to Taipei train and metro station and in the central of the town. The hotel has lift going to the metro level which is a plus to us.

Location is good, right opposite Taipei main station and thats where it stops. Can use hotel lift to go to basement, straight into MRT station.
Not much of a service when we needed help with a late checkout. We stayed for 4 nights, and they wouldn't even remotely consider for a late check out for an hour or 2.
Room is old but ok, just that toilet smell is a bit unbearable.
Gym is quite limited and no swimming pool.
