1. No slippers in the room, very inconvenient for business people
2. There is a strong musty smell
3. The rooftop decoration is very noisy in the middle of the night, it feels like there are animals running around

The room and the location was as expected and as advertised. The staff were nice. However, there was a time we needed to get some water but there wasn’t water in the water dispenser in the lobby and we weren’t given some on day 2. We did buy our own too. But when we told the staff the next day, that staff gave us the bottles we were supposed to get. She was nice and made sure we got them on day 3 and cleaned our room well.
