Yi Su Hotel (Taipei Ningxia) - Photo Gallery

The room is full of dust. There's dust on the table, cupboard, mug, kettle etc... it appears that the room has been empty for months. The room is also small, once you have your luggage opened, you won't be able to walk. Don't expect any service either. If you need an iron for your clothes, they don't deliver to your room, you have to go pick it up yourself from the front desk. There are no amenities either. So if you just want a basic no frills hotel, this might be for you.

I had a poor experience with this hotel, starting with unprofessional service at the front desk. The Wi-Fi connected, but there was no actual Internet access. There was no communication or warning when the tap water came out frighteningly dirty, and the hotel provided very old towels. The rooms lack soundproofing, so I was constantly disturbed by the sound of neighboring doors opening and closing, other room noises, and traffic from the nearby crossroad. Additionally, they charge for a late checkout after 11 a.m., even when occupancy was very low.

Located in the middle between a few metro stations. Around 10 mins walking distance. But there’s option to take local bus just beside the hotel. Room wise is acceptable with the toilet and shower room splitter but not too small. Cleanliness can be improved as found a few stands of hair on the bed. The staff is friendly and allowed early check in as the room is already available.

Great location. Right next to a big night market, many convenient stores and a starbucks. Proper space for couple. clean amenities

My stay at Taipei Yi Su Hotel is truly a positive one. Will definitely book this hotel again if I were to be back in Taipei. The clean room is definitely a huge plus. Additionally, the service staff were really helpful and friendly which made my stay there an enjoyable one. Also, the location is extremely convenient as it is really close to Taipei main station metro station and Ning Xia night market.

Do take note that the room is not very soundproof, you can hear guests talk in the corridor and when they close their doors. Other than that, it was a decent stay - close to NingXia Night Market and good breakfast places

The room condition is good for the price, but it's narrow and not soundproof at all.

Pros: A short walk to Taipei Main Station, Dihua Street and Ningxia Night Market. Room is clean and has the basic amenities. Staff are helpful. Cons: Room too small for luggage space. No hanging space provided in the toilet and bathroom for towels and clothes.
