The front desk staff was very nice and the aunt who cleaned the room was very kind. They are very eager to help if there is anything. There are lots of good food nearby. It is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the MRT station.

I was woken up by the noise of renovation next door at 8:30 in the morning for 3 days during my 4-day stay. The bed was also a bit hard🥲But the service staff were nice, allowed takeout to be placed at the service counter, and were also willing to help with laundry.

Good location but the staff is not very flexible on accomodating our needs

- The location is near tourist attractions, but not too close to the train station. But we traveled by taxi, uber, so we didn't want to be too close to the train station.
Overall, the location is very good. You can walk around Ximen without having to take a car. You can save on transportation costs if you stay here.
- The hotel has many facilities, such as washing machines and dryers, snacks such as snacks and instant noodles, drinking water (free), there are seats to eat and a bathroom in the common area.
- The interior is beautifully decorated. The room size is not very big, but it is not too small. The room is clean, according to the hotel's standards.
- The staff's service is very good. They can communicate in English well. The staff smiles a lot.
Recommend accommodation for anyone who stays in Ximen. We will definitely go back if we visit this country.
