The room was quite satisfactory. The service of the staff was very good. The room was noisy on the first night. We changed to another one on the second night. It was just a little smaller, but it was acceptable. The room was soaking in hot springs, which was worth praising. The only criticism was that the breakfast was too small. I stayed here once many years ago and had a good experience in all aspects. I was looking forward to staying here again. It is understandable that the hotel facilities will depreciate after a certain age, but for a hotel of this price range, there is uncleaned feces on the toilet seat! So shocking! Thank you to the front desk guy for his hard work. He had to apologize to the shocked guests and clean up the room at the same time. We have explained the situation to the hotel via email and hope that the hotel can avoid similar situations in the future and provide guests with a good accommodation experience.

At first, I chose this hotel because it was a five-star hotel. The breakfast was average, but the housekeeper was very nice. He knew that we had a family member's birthday and arranged gifts for us so that we could have a souvenir. We spent three wonderful days here. The drinks in the minibar were free, which was great, and the housekeeper remembered which room number we were staying in, which was really a plus. Each room has a hot spring bath and a large bath for us to enjoy. Next time I come with my family, I will still choose this place.
