We needed to change room because upon arrival the first room looked messy and uncleaned. Got us disappointed.
But location was so great and accessible-- at the center of Ximending walking district.

Located in the heart of the Ximending shopping district, it's convenient for movies, dining, and drinks. Convenience stores are also within walking distance. Check-in is self-service, though you need to bring your room card with you. The room was clean and simple, with a clearly separated wet and dry area in the bathroom.

就在西門町很方便，雖然第一間冷氣完全不涼，但是服務人員後面也有幫我們換房，如何有機會會再入住，因為真的很方便👍👍 入住也很方便，還備有微波爐

Chinese girl at the receptionist is the most rude person on this hotel. She wont speak to you and will have raised eyebrows from morning to evening 24/7 fuming mad. Not the best person to be in a frontdesk because it will damage the hotels image. She told us we can check in at 4pm but 3pm is advertised and no explnation or what! She just said so and is mad. I told her its not an excuse because we paid for the hotel and checkout is not adjustable. I wish this hotel would think or replacing this girl wearing glasses! Very very damaging to their image.
Glad trip.com helped me in settling out the issue with this hotel. If there are other hostels that you are looking for, i would say book another hotel anyway there are a lot in the area.
