位置不錯，步行到泰寧古城衹需10分鐘。酒店停車也方便，周邊比較安靜。房間還算乾淨衞生。缺點就是酒店實在太貴老舊，設施一般。對不起500的房價。好在早餐還不錯，稍許增值。

我們是銀髮自由行。
服務：很好。前一天，我們電話聯繫了金湖賓館，安排來車接站。接電話的是小楊，事情説得很清楚，還反覆問我們有什麼需要。到泰寧，賓館來車，餘師傅熱情負責。前台接待一口清，把服務項目都説清楚了，辦事快捷。客房部的清潔員也很好。
環境：賓館有大院停車場，房間安靜。離古城幾百米。步行到紅軍街、尚書第都衹需七八分鐘。
衞生：好。
設施：這原是政府的接待賓館，所有的設施都已經老舊。雖然還可用，但很不方便。希望儘快重新裝修，提高酒店接待能力與水平。

訂了兩個房間空調都壞了，，開了半個小時空調都不制熱，中央空調沒開，想打電話，房間電話壞了，然後去前台反映，派了男的來檢查，硬説開的時間不夠長才制熱，又到前台去反映，再派一個女服務員確認是空調壞了才調換兩個房間。很糟糕體驗。
