完全不匹配啊，酒店大堂指引很不明顯，找了半天，那麼小一塊牌子，怎麼找得到？希望改善一下，人性化一點。
還有服務效率非常低，讓送點東西，半小時沒反應，真的是一言難盡啊，這跟品牌理念和定位完全不搭，下次不敢來了。

已是第二次入住，錦江無疑是泰寧最好的酒店，第一次入住時因剛開業偶然半夜斷電帶來一點不愉快，客服表達了歉意，這次再次入住小鄭和小遊熱情接待又是送早餐又是升級房型，給免費升至豪華套房，賓至如歸體驗感爆柵，五星好評′

服務也很不錯，幫忙把衣服烘乾
還有車輛接送去碼頭
第二天送去高鐵站
前台宇翔的服務及態度非常不錯
餐廳服務員也不錯，還給孩子打包了一丟丟麪包等。

這次家庭親子出遊選擇了在大金湖景區旁邊的泰寧錦江酒店，酒店是今年新開的，環境非常好，房間乾淨衞生，特別是每個房間都有露台，可以直接欣賞大金湖美景。另外還要特別表揚前廳宇翔，服務態度熱情，知道我們是帶小孩出遊，還幫我們申請了親子房，非常貼心！下次再來泰寧還會選擇錦江酒店。
