Hotels in Chi Mei Museum, Tainan

My family and I suddenly decided to visit ”Kulomi & Melody” in Anping Port. When booking a room, my hands and eyes were out of sync, and I booked the wrong date. The platform service staff and the hotel actively helped to solve the problem. Thank you very much🙏! The hotel facilities are very good, the room is not small, the breakfast is rich, and there are play facilities for children. It is really great! I will consider coming back to stay again if I have the opportunity in the future, and I recommend it to everyone!

Holidays have to be 8:00 pm to stay, after all, it is also a quite famous hotel, I am looking forward to staying at night, I feel that the room is very beautiful and the texture is quite good, after a few hours, I feel a little stuffy, only to find that the air-conditioning is windy but it is room temperature wind, After responding to the counter, the service staff was invited to the room to see, but the result was no solution, the air conditioner was not cold, and an electric fan was moved, saying that the room rate helped us to get 20% off the last number, the original holiday price was 3380, and it became 2700. Why should I spend 2700 to find guilt? ? ? ? ? I feel inexplicable, and Tainan is really hot in summer. The room temperature is high and an electric fan is really not cool. Now it is hot at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night and I can't sleep. It will really be angry.

We like Just Sleep Hotel Tainan because it is very clean, beautiful and modern. The beds are really comfortable and feel like clouds when we slept on them. We also like the food at the breakfast buffet, very delicious and worth the price. There were also free biscuits and coffee outside Just Cafe in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and nice too! Though the location is a bit off the main road, it is just next to Ten Drum Cultural Village which we could walk over easily.

1. The location of the hotel is in an old building, and you need to find a place to park by yourself. (Parking fees are really expensive...) 2. This time I booked an economic triple room. There was a lot of dust in the room. There was no indoor slippers (the spare parts needed to be prepared by yourself). The air-conditioning was central air-conditioning (very loud all night). The bathroom did not separate dry and wet. If there are elderly or children, please pay attention to safety. The hair dryer is next to the TV in the room (there is a fixed frame, can not be moved), but there is no dressing table in the room (of course there is no makeup mirror), and I have to ask another person to help me with my mobile phone when blowing my hair. 3. The service staff is very good.

Strategically placed in the center of Tainan City, smack bang middle of the transportation hub. It is right behind the Main bus stations (North and South) which all buses in the city stop by (some start from those stations), so it would be very convenient for you to get around. As for the Train Station, it is a 3 minute walk from the hotel, which makes easier for people to travel further but still feel close enough to comeback. The hotel it self its pretty okay. The beds are clean and soft, they have a big bathroom, and spacious rooms for the most of it. For a budget hotel, i think its about worth it. The only downsides in my opinion are the windows, they layered them with black stickers and leave maybe a 10-20 cm gap that we can see through. Though it was buildings only buildings outside, feeling that you have more window view wouldn't be so bad. And the other thing, is the walls are a bit thinner, so it could not contain our noise neither our neighbours. Still, I understand that's a trade off. Overall, It's an okay place to stay.

My stay at Hotel Tainan was just okay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of options to start the day. The room itself was fine, though it felt a bit outdated, particularly the bathroom, which was noticeably old, except for the modern heated toilet. While functional, the overall atmosphere of the hotel didn’t feel particularly pleasant or inviting. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t describe it as a comfortable or memorable place to stay.

The staff is really nice and helpful, they gave me good recommandations for Tainan and my next trips as well, I cancelled my last nights because I changed my plans and they gave me a refund. There are workshops every evening (learning how to make coffee, cocktails,...) in a friendly atmosphere so it's easier to meet people from Taiwan and travelers from other countries alike. The hostel is really well located, just next to the train station so it's very convenient. The hostel entrance is located inside the Family Mart. There are several showers, toilets and the washing machine is free, so as the breakfast. Highly recommend!!! :)

Since the check-in time was stated as after 14:00, I thought I could check in from 14:00, but please note that it seems that it usually starts from 15:00. There is a LINE QR code next to the cafe entrance, so when you arrive, add the owner to your LINE friends and let him know when you arrive. In addition to the check-in procedure, the owner then provided various information such as the location of the nearby coin laundry and tourist spots in Tainan. It was very helpful. The room I stayed in was on the second floor. Although it is a charming room, there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the floor where your room is. (Please be careful if you have a large suitcase.) The balcony was a very comfortable room with a view of the neighborhood and good ventilation. This inn is within a 5-minute walk from the station and the bus stop in front of the station, and there is a coin laundry nearby, and the Youbike station is right when you get onto the main street (about a 2-minute walk). I would like to stay here again when I come to Tainan.

The seat is in an alley, so I had to find it with the guidance of a neighbor, but it was okay. The mobile phone signal in the room is poor and requires the use of Wi-Fi, but the network is extremely unstable, and the MOD TV will also be cut off and difficult to watch. The soundproofing of an old house is acceptable to me personally, but it is a pity that it was disturbed by the loud noise coming in and out of other tenants late at night. The water dispenser is too small, resulting in too little water. Even if you bring an eco-friendly cup, you may still be thirsty.
