Since the check-in time was stated as after 14:00, I thought I could check in from 14:00, but please note that it seems that it usually starts from 15:00.
There is a LINE QR code next to the cafe entrance, so when you arrive, add the owner to your LINE friends and let him know when you arrive.
In addition to the check-in procedure, the owner then provided various information such as the location of the nearby coin laundry and tourist spots in Tainan. It was very helpful.
The room I stayed in was on the second floor. Although it is a charming room, there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the floor where your room is. (Please be careful if you have a large suitcase.)
The balcony was a very comfortable room with a view of the neighborhood and good ventilation.
This inn is within a 5-minute walk from the station and the bus stop in front of the station, and there is a coin laundry nearby, and the Youbike station is right when you get onto the main street (about a 2-minute walk).
