太湖開元名都是一家新開業的酒店，房間佈置和設施很好，也很整潔漂亮。位置佳，旁邊就是五千年文化園。大堂工作人員考慮非常周到，且能積極反饋客户意見。餐廳廚師的廚藝精湛，對做菜有追求和自己的想法，餐廳值得一試。此外，早餐廳麪條餛飩鋪的廚師阿姨，做事很認真端正，生煎包做得美味。
非常感謝大堂工作人員給予的房間升級和贈送的水果，很暖心。下次有機會再來太湖，還會是首先。
略有不足的一點，就是酒店開張時間不長，部分服務工作和銜接需再趨於成熟一些。

酒店設施完善，都是乾濕分離，酒店周邊景點眾多，旅遊資源豐富。附近有著名的文博園，停車免費，交通方便，酒店提供的服務非常貼心，前台小朱服務很熱情，周到，給我們升級了房型，還送了早餐。這些服務非常實用，酒店的衞生條件非常好，房間清潔度很高。無論是床單被套還是衞生間用品，都非常乾淨，住的很放心！

房間裏的設施真的很讓人驚喜，衞浴和窗簾都是自動的，科技感十足。衣櫃裏除了衣架，還有一些備用的袋子，方便我整理衣物。浴室裏的沐浴用品味道很好聞，而且質量也很不錯。這樣的設施配置，讓我的入住體驗更加舒適！前台小王同學很耐心，也很熱情幫忙解決了一些問題，點贊~👍

太湖新開的開元名都，酒店背靠文博園，入住時給予升級還送水果，房間空間大，採光好、明亮，設施齊全，前台主管小趙服務不錯，給予升級房間，安排房間送水果，續住辦理迅速，酒店還有有免費的停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦，出差首選！
