The room cleanliness is good, but the front desk staff are somewhat cold and lack friendliness. However, if needed, they are willing to help.
The most inconvenient thing is that the hotel does not provide bottled water. You have to use the hotel's provided kettle to get filtered water outside the room, which is extremely inconvenient and feels unhygienic.
This should not be the service provided by a five-star hotel.

The hotel has new facilities, good service attitude of the staff, and is close to the lively scenic spots! Especially next to the interchange, opposite the bus terminal, the transportation is really convenient, a highly recommended hotel.

3. The hotel parking entrance is located at No. 55 Fuan Road, not on Taiwan Boulevard. We recommend using Google Maps and searching for "裕元花園酒店 停車場" for accurate directions.
4. The men's and women's saunas will be closed for maintenance every Monday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
5. Monthly Facility Maintenance: All hotel facilities, including the fitness center, multi-function fitness studios, sauna, indoor heated swimming pool, and massage services, will be closed for maintenance on the first Monday of each month.
6. For the safety and well-being of our younger guests, using the sauna and gym facilities is restricted to individuals aged 16 and above.
