East hotel

1. Room: Executive Suite Double. The room was spacious and the floor was clean enough to walk barefoot, but I found some unscratched trash (plastic labels) on the table. I loved curling up on the sofa area, but the legs of the coffee table were sharp, and I ended up scratching my calf. The sofa was upholstered in wood, and the upholstery dug into the wood when I walked across it (hard to describe, but you can tell just by looking at it, and it might just be my fault 🥲). 2. TV: Netflix, a YouTube channel, and regular TV channels (those that require ads every few minutes before continuing, which I really don't want to watch because it's a waste of time). So we ended up watching YouTube, but one morning we woke up and said the connection was lost. It took over half an hour to reconnect... 3. Shower: The tub was great, and the bathroom was huge too! However, the water is too hot if I adjust it a little, then it's cold n***, it's very difficult to adjust. 😭 I keep adjusting the water temperature in the bathroom; it keeps changing. 4. Breakfast, afternoon tea and late night snacks: Breakfast is quite normal, but the food is replenished very quickly! Afternoon tea, when I arrived, consisted of hot tea, hot red bean soup and iced tofu pudding with toppings. Late night snacks are mainly instant noodles and pasta, you can make your own. Ice cream has six flavors until late at night. There are many eateries nearby, so if you come here next time, I think you will want to eat nearby! 5. The staff is very friendly! When we arrived, someone opened the door to greet us before we even got to the door, which was quite a surprise! 😂 6. The partner massage service is great! Guests staying at East Hotel can enjoy a discount on top of the already discounted price. We went straight for the foot massage and reflexology. It was great! The space was quiet and relaxing, and I think it was the best value for money! The N*** next door also has a scalp treatment, but unfortunately my schedule was so tight that I didn't have time to try it.

I originally booked this room after seeing a review on social media. At the time, they only had twins, and I was traveling alone, so I had no choice but to book one. After getting my key, I walked through a dimly lit, winding corridor and realized my room was in the back, side room. Without even entering, I went straight downstairs to tell the receptionist I wanted to change rooms. After a long search, they told me I couldn't get a refund for the difference in room rate if I changed to a single-bed room. I said no problem, I didn't want a side room, and they immediately moved me. What bothered me was that one of the women at the reception desk took my room card and started going up to check my side room. I felt like I was being robbed or something. I ended up getting a single-bed room. It was beautiful, but the soundproofing was terrible; I could hear everything people were saying inside. But I still have to praise them. I accidentally left my power bank in the room, and the hotel receptionist called and sent it back to me, which I was very grateful for.
