這間飯店的地點非常棒，就在台中公園和干城站的中間，無論是搭公車、火車交通至其他地區都很方便，也可以步行至一中街夜市，對於夜晚抵達台中，隔天要開始其他行程的旅客來說是方便又經濟實惠的選擇。
考慮到它低廉的收費，房間的大小和衛浴設備都讓人滿意。

已經遇到多次 但平台跟旅館之間不知道發生什麼問題
我原本就是訂有窗戶房 櫃檯說顯示是沒有窗戶房
好在櫃台人員後來有幫我換成窗戶
房 因為說這是平台轉單問題
不然真的會滿頭問號生氣

很有復古感的地方，櫃檯在9樓，有免費的飲料零食，還有泡麵可以吃，其餘客房再5-8樓，但因為沒有感應卡，沒有限制任何人，都可以隨意進出，至24:00一樓電梯門才會關上，距離火車站很近，走路10分鐘可以到，下樓也有超商，很方便。
房間整齊舒適，隔音效果也還不錯，但浴室邊角有一點發霉的狀況，觀感比較不好，但不影響，房間燈的開關是感應按鈕，其中浴室燈按鈕感應不良，要多按幾次，整體很舒服，也很安靜，算是可以再訪的。
