The courtyard design in the hotel is well integrated with the building itself. The hotel is quiet and comfortable without too much artificial addition. It is very suitable for relaxing and leisurely time.

Facility view 5 stars: However, the design of the public hot spring cabinet is difficult to open and close, and the hair dryer level is too low❌ 4 stars for staff: The email management department cannot effectively grasp the customer's needs. One question was confirmed three times, but the on-site service staff was very 👌🏻 Price 2 stars: Compared with other hoshinowas in Japan, this one in Guguan not only does not include meal charges, but also charges each item separately, causing trouble for passengers. Moreover, the taste and sophistication cannot be equated with the price, and they are a bit deceived into spending meal charges. It feels like accommodation charges in Japan include at least one stay and two meals❌

The hotel facilities are very elegant and the rooms are clean. Since we have two babies, the hotel provides bottle detergents, brushes, bathtubs and sterilizers. We also prepare two beds for the babies to sleep separately. We can also have dinner in the room for our two babies. It feels very thoughtful that Mom can have a chance to eat.

Thoughts on staying at Hoshinoya Hotel "Hoshinoya": The overall planning and design is very high-end~ The design style is unique and it is a great place for vacation and leisure! Only shortcomings: 1. There is no TV or computer (so guests have no right to choose). 2. The projection lights on the ceiling of the room (suitable for commercial spaces) are too glaring - especially when lying down, they will directly or indirectly shine into the eyes, which is very uncomfortable! 3. Room supplies - drinking water ➡️Yue's mineral water is a very middle-to-lower brand in Taiwan, and it really doesn't deserve such a high-end hotel! 4. Ordering meals from the guest room: The hot pot is cooked using Taiwan's "Datong" induction cooker. This brand is also a mid-to-lower level brand in Taiwan's electrical appliances market, and it doesn't match the style of this hotel at all! 5. The water in the hot spring pool flows 24 hours a day, which is really wasteful and not environmentally friendly... I felt very sad when I saw it! 6. The hotel's bathroom has insufficient water pressure; taking a shower is not comfortable at all! Therefore, I often take off the shower head to take a shower. However, because the shower head is very heavy, my hands will become very sore after holding it for a while... This is really torture rather than enjoyment! One final point: It was close to 12 o'clock at noon on 8/12. My husband and I were walking in the courtyard, and my wife was stung by a hornet~ Then very painful, swollen and uneasy… Then I went to the restaurant and asked the service staff for help. After the two service staff disinfected and applied ointment, the swelling and pain gradually subsided! One day after the incident, I could not see any manager from the hotel caring about the incident or expressing condolences... Does such a high-end hotel treat guests like this? Very disappointing!
