雖然可以自助式，但人員都很親切、熱情和積極協助客人需求。行政套房雖然房間比較小，但房間裡有一個很chill的戶外泡湯池，泡在這裡放鬆了逛一整天累壞了的腿，邊泡邊聊天真的很舒服很好睡。

Spent 2 nights here and it was superb. Close proximity (walking distance) to Taichung Station and restaurants. Comfy beds, good soundproofed room. Check-in was easy.
Left my international adapter in the hotel after check out. Staff went above and beyond to contact me about it and also had it delivered to my hotel in Taipei. Would recommend 10/10!

We booked a quad room, and the dust was quite bad. After three nights, I started having nasal allergies as soon as I returned to the room. The bathroom only had a curtain, which didn't fully cover the toilet area, making it awkward for a man and a woman. The bed was okay and comfortable, but there was a lot of dust. I didn't open the curtains, and the windows weren't very big. The USB outlet was loose, so I couldn't charge my phone. Luckily, my friend had brought a plug. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. They knew we didn't need to clean and left a trash bag and a bottle of water outside the door. What a thoughtful gesture.
