114年5月19入住、房間沒冷氣、調低溫度紋絲不動、（5/3有客人反應相同的問題、業主不做回應、只回應稱讚的客人、根本沒有誠意經營、對此事情視若無睹）到一樓櫃檯反應、說是引用飯店外的空氣、請經理下來、是經理自己決定關掉冷氣系統、說是為了節能、第一次入住飯店管理者關掉冷氣系統、後來再強烈表達之後、才打開冷氣系統、櫃檯員工也說有客人反應過此事、員工自己也不認同、要我們打開窗戶讓戶外冷空氣進來房間、既然這樣為何飯店還要裝冷氣、已經跟總管理處電話反應、就看他們怎麼處理
