到台中住宿首選，也留了好幾次超棒的住宿體驗。
不知道是換經營者還是怎麼了？這次的住宿體驗非常糟糕，因為是暑假的關係帶著女兒以及小學一年級的小姪兒一起到台中看兒子，原本是訂了三人房。入住的時候櫃檯說小一的男孩子需要加費用$700 ，我也二話不說拿出信用卡，櫃檯說$700包含早餐，等我們到房間的時候只有三張單人床，女兒又下去櫃檯問$700不是加床嗎？櫃檯說不，那是加人費用，女兒又問那可以多給我們一件棉被嗎？櫃檯說沒有這個服務。（連浴巾毛巾都沒有補）
因為這裡我已經住過太多次了，平日兩人房大約就是$1000上下，所以兒子說這樣太不划算了，他回宿舍睡覺就好了，我們就把那$700刷退了。櫃檯提醒訪客晚上10點前一定要離開。
我回房間之後洗了澡就很想睡，但是交代孩子外面大暴雨，兒子回宿舍的時候雨太大不要騎車太危險，我明天早上再去補刷卡。
哪知道10:00準時櫃檯打電話上來，說請訪客離開，孩子說明媽媽已經睡著了，是否可以明天早上再去付費？櫃檯說不行一定要馬上去付錢。我只好起床換衣服下去一樓付費
很失望，自己一直力挺也一直推薦給朋友的飯店給我這麼糟糕的體驗！
也不解當天晚上沒有刷卡的話，第二天我跑得掉嗎？
更不用說早餐的項目也變得非常非常少，連咖啡機都收起來了，我不禁懷疑這裡是怎麼了？

我在攜程預定了3 個訂單；6月22到29日共7晚，7月4到13日共9晚，7月13到20日共7晚，同時也全部都支付好了。 前台小姐 在7月13日的 12:26 分來電話，剛好我在醫院看病，她很不禮貌地說我們酒店是12 點前該退房的！ 我們把你的行李搬出來，我給她說我是繼續住的，我還有一個訂單是7月13到20日的啊！ 她很不耐煩要我訂單的號碼，我也就給了我7月13到20日的訂單號，她查了一下又打電話來 ，恐嚇我你要趕快回到酒店辦，我們要把你的行李搬到外面。 我就趕回飯店。 我不明白只是辦理繼續住還要弄的怎麼複雜，我都住過很多酒店從來沒見過這種服務態度的確是很下流！ 這簡直是太侮辱....
