Our bed was a queen size and quite comfy. The breakfast was good but limited enough to start your day even though we had to ask for eggs both days as nobody told us they were available. I asked for an omelette but was told they ran out, this was at 7:45am with breakfast to go to 10am which I found strange both days. Anyway, I would go back and stay when I return to Tacloban in the future.

Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

The hotel is verry clean and comfortable I like the bed is verry huge 😍

Good hotel. Value for money is okay. Staffs were accommodating and the venue is in the city. Will choose the hotel again if ever we decide to go back again.

Stayed 3 nights lovely bed ,clean room good tv programes Breakfast was good help yourself but tea coffee water orange also eggs etc had to ask for and was a bit of a pain Clare on reception was spot on helpful and talkative local girl good knowledge

The service and food was good. But we had to transfer to another room because we were told that what we booked online was not the same room category. But overall it was a good experience.

The location is good, the service staff is friendly, and the environment is clean. However, the breakfast needs to be improved.

The facilities are complete and the hygiene is good.

Our experience in this hotel was bad, due to bad customer service (from reception to restaurant) from the moment we check in until the day we check out. We been in different hotels but this was not up to the hotel standards. The only the good thing i can say is the housekeeping were polite. A quality hotel in the middle of Tacloban City. I had stayed next door previously and it was an okay experience, but had dinner on the top floor of this hotel and was intrigued, so this time, I decided to book here two years by law. I was able to get a ride from the airport and they even waited for me when my flight was late. The check in was a breeze. Unfortunately, I was given a room with no window, but there were some benefits for it. Namely, the bed is probably the best hotel bed I've every slept in. It was incredibly comfortable. Combine that with little outside noise and I got a complete night of sleep every night. The room was good overall and the bathroom the same. The bathroom had some loose fitting pieces, but Engineering fixed them almost immediately. There was some painting going on, so the hallways ended up smelling a bit 1-2 days, but once in your room, it went away. I wish they would have notified that to use just to prepare us. The hotel has two restaurants. One at the base and one on the top floor. Both were great and included breakfast was offered on the ground floor. The top floor had great filipino fusion options and enjoyed it. If I ever come back, I'll need to stay here again.
