We booked two single beds. As a result, he took apart a standard double bed to make two. I could fall off that bed whenever I turned over. The waiter suddenly came in at 10:00 the next morning. The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, just a 3-5 minute walk from the Town Hall station. The rooms are equipped with a smart home system, allowing guests to easily control the lighting, curtains, and other features using a provided tablet. Unfortunately, despite requesting and booking a king-bedded room, the hotel assigned us a twin-bedded room for our 6-night stay. This was an unexpected inconvenience, as the room configuration did not align with our original booking.

It is located right next to Town Hall. The room is spacious and the service is brilliant. Highly recommend.

Very clean and new. Very convenient to travel to Darling Harbour. The renovation of the old building is very unique. The key is that the front desk is very friendly and allowed us to check in early when we landed in Sydney on an early flight.
