Very nice hotel with good location.

The hotel was sooooo good. Location is just right next to Hyde park. And easy to approach any sightseeing palces. I loved that.

Only used for sleeping as lots to do in the city for 3 nights stay. Bed very comfortable

Very good location indeed, easy go to all hot area including airport, Darling Harbour, circular quay, China town, even Sydney U. The facility is a bit old. The service needs to be improved. Slow reception, room service is not OK.

This is an excellent hotel with friendly and responsive staff who were very helpful during check-in. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and high level of service throughout my stay.

The hotel is in a great location, facing the park and very close to St. James Station. The room is tidy and clean.

Overall it was a good stay and we did not get to interact much with staff thus can't comment on service. Check in and check out was pleasant. Location was near downtown and convenient. Loved the room size which is good. Will consider here again on my next visit to Sydney.

There was construction work opposite hotel building, it operated whole night(after midnight) through out the period we stay. we complained it to the duty manager, they sent earplugs and promised to change room for us next morning, but eventually never do anything.

Everything was great. High quality breakfast, clean rooms, kind staff and convenient location.

The location is very good, very close to various attractions in Sydney. It is within walking distance to Chinatown, Hyde Park and churches. It is opposite the subway station. I will stay here again next time.

A fantastic hotel with an excellent location, just next to St. James Metro Station and Hyde Park. The room was stylish and spotlessly clean. The large bathroom made my stay perfect. The breakfast selection was incredible, catering well to visitors with diverse taste preferences, including a variety of Asian dishes.

In the room have many Cockroach , and for cleaning have to always inform them always forget to pot Toothbrush and shampoo, … I like location, but hotel must take care more about guest 

Amazing stay, couldn't recommend more. Location super convenient, room spacious and nice layout, breakfast extremely good with a lot of options and fresh food! and lounge access is very enjoyable as well (5-7pm snacks & drinks). All staff we've encountered have been professional and pleasant.
