Stayed for 13 days at Hyatt Regency Sydney and had a great overall experience. The room was compact but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had a drainage issue in my first room, but the staff handled it promptly and even upgraded me to a room with a lovely view of Darling Harbour – really appreciated that gesture!
The location is great – quiet enough to relax, but still just a short walk to the CBD, so it’s super convenient. One small thing to note: no dental kit was provided during my stay, so bring your own just in case. Otherwise, service was excellent and I’d happily stay here again!

Very bad. The air conditioner can only be adjusted to 24 degrees on such a cold day. It often starts blowing cold air when it reaches 23 degrees, which can cause colds. Water is charged. It is worse than a budget hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
