The only issue was the power outrage.
I was stuck in the lift number 19 for 10-15 minutes.
After I managed to go to my floor 14th
To order food for room service not available for hours. I was so hungry
Quiet disappointed

Very nice hotel at the centre of Sydney, close to the harbour, the shopping area and the Sydney Tower. The room is clean and big, but not very new. Overall a good experience.

The lobby had a pleasant and welcoming fragrance. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. The room was clean, spacious, and well-located, with an excellent breakfast buffet—all at a great price.
Weaknesses: The furniture felt old and fragile. This might not be the hotel’s fault but Trip’s, as my paid breakfast wasn’t automatically recorded in their system. Even after check-in, the system wasn’t updated, and I had to explain the situation again at the restaurant.
Still, highly recommended overall!
