The location is really great. It's right next to YHA and right in front of Central Station. The tram is nearby. But I stayed on Saturday and Sunday The noise from the club downstairs was so loud I could feel the vibration even with earplugs. The hallway and soundproofing aren't very good either.... If you're sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend The location, cleanliness, and service are very good.

I booked the room in October. I checked the reviews before leaving. I was quite worried because there were some bad reviews recently, but the final stay experience was very good. This is the second Mantra hotel on this trip to Australia. The other one was in Lorne, which was also good. The location is very convenient. There is a tram stop downstairs. One direction is one stop to the Grand Theatre and Botanical Gardens, and the other direction is to QVB, Town Hall, and Australian Museum. It is very suitable for city walk. I am very satisfied with the washing machine in the room (there was a problem with the drainage when I used it for the first time. I notified the front desk and they came to check and repair it on the same day. It was very efficient). We used the dryer, dishwasher, oven, and induction cooker. We fried steak and roasted garlic buns on Christmas Eve. It was very good. We lived on the 11th floor, facing the tram road, and it was very quiet.
