My 5 days here were the WORST IN AUSTRALIA.
The staff lied and behaved rudely.
Due to a faulty refrigerator, my wines and vegetables were frozen. I told the cleaning lady who came in the morning about it, and she said she would pass it on to other employees.
The receptionist who was rude to me apparently works illegally, because when she saw the camera, she started covering her face and ran away.
The result - I was left without breakfast, and 3 wines worth 75 aud were thrown out. I also had to clean up the avocado that fell apart after defrosting. And they refused to compensate me for anything!!! Look, you can even see that there is no lid on the freezer, and they made up that I set the wrong power

Despite previous reviews, it was clean. But THERE WAS NO HOT WATER, they told me it was an accident, something wasn't turned on. Had to change the room.

100 bad reviews, 100 bad reviews. The hot water didn't work at any time. I went to the front desk and found out that I had to turn on the faucet and turn the weird thing 3 or 4 times for 5 minutes before hot water came out. I had to repeat this several times a day. The network was always disconnected. The cleaning every 3 days only changed the sheets and bath towels. I didn't see the floor being washed in almost 10 days.
