The hotel is easily accessible from the train station (as it is a slight downhill).
The staff, from being met with a wide smile by the concierge to the check-in staff, are friendly, professional and just a joy to interact with.
The rooms are well appointed, bathrooms absolutely spotless and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast is good, but very few Asian options available.
It should be noted that Google maps is not truthful about the fact this part of Sydney is "mostly flat"... so walking shoes are a MUST as the hotel is so very close to a number of wonderful places to see, explore and enjoy a meal.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for shopping or going to the opera house and Hyde Park. The room is large. Although it is an old hotel, the equipment has been upgraded and there are USB sockets available. The breakfast is also very good. I stayed for two nights and the service was very good.
