The service staff was very good. I hoped the quilt would be thicker as it was a bit cold at night, so I asked for an extra quilt, which was solved immediately. I packed food to eat and they also helped me heat it up, so it was very warm. The only regret was that when I was taking pictures by the sea at the Opera House, my phone slipped into the sea and I couldn't find it!

This hotel is all about the location and price which are both great. It's no frills beyond that, but I'd still recommend it as a good value accommodation in the heart of sydney

Absolutely disgusting and heartless Business to deal with, family emergency and they refuse to cancel my booking. Don't be fooled but their supposed welcome, "Warm Regards, Megaboom Hotel Reception" bottom feeders have better morals than these low life’s. Anything at any expense to make a buck.
