The location is excellent, not too far away fro town hall train station and light rail.
Next to George street which is the main shopping *****.
Room is ok, a bit small but good size.
Sink cracked but usable.
One of the cup has black dot/dirt on it, and toilet cover stained, but they are minor issue.

The hotel was very conveniently located but the room was a bit tight for size. It was also disappointing that it was not possible to open the window for fresh air at night.

Very small room, difficult to even unpack a suitcase, looked different in the photo... the room was not ready in the morning, but the luggage was left, it is convenient. Free tea/coffee is in the lobby, also convenient. Price/quality for the location in the center is quite good.

Excellent location right across QVB -- check-in was also smooth and the receptionist gave us an early check-in at 11am which was very much appreciated. Rooms seemed new possibly because they have been refurbished, very generous size and everything you need in a business hotel. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Sydney!
