The location is truly excellent, and with kitchen facilities, it's the perfect accommodation for trips lasting a week or more. However, the amenities were not provided in proportion to the number of guests, so we had to call daily to request more. Additionally, we were told there was no extra charge for coffee refills at the breakfast restaurant, but at checkout, we were informed of additional charges. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay.

Hi. We went to Sydney’s Vivid for 7 days stayed at another hotel for 5 and at Pullman for 2 nights. Excellent location excellent service great price. Highly recommended.

I was told by the hotel that I could see the fireworks. In the end, I made a reservation with my friends. A large group of people waited for a long time for the fireworks.
