Although the room I booked didn't have a view of the Sydney Opera House, it was still a short walk away, making it much cheaper. You can book a room based on your budget! The room was spacious, and they even added a small bed, which was a really thoughtful touch. The toiletries were all Byredo, which was great! The Lindt chocolates in the lobby were also a nice touch! It was also a great place to relax and have a cup of coffee!

1. The location is great, close to Circular Quay, the Botanic Gardens, and the Opera House.
It's within walking distance of everything, so transportation is convenient.
2. The hotel room is large and clean. They provide water daily, extra blankets, and the concierge is friendly. They even accommodated early check-ins.
3. The breakfast was so-so. It was too crowded, especially on weekends. The crowds were so intense that they ran out of salmon and left the food unfilled. It was two days in a row, but I figured it was just a matter of time before they sent me a letter saying they'd provide better service if I came during a less crowded time.
Even if I avoided that time, it was the same.
4. The billing error was the most outrageous. I booked a reservation that included breakfast for two, and they checked the number of guests every time I checked in. My child and I always ate breakfast together, but they charged the child's breakfast separately. I don't understand how a five-star hotel could make such a mistake.
My positive impression was completely erased.
My younger sibling works at hotels, so I don't usually write reviews like this, but even after explaining the situation to them, is this something the customer can say they didn't enjoy?
