It's in a great location, right in front of Town Hall Station and almost next to Woolworths. There are no restaurants or shopping options. The hotel reception is handled by the bar staff next door. You can leave your luggage with them before check-in. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels, face towels, foot mats, glasses, mugs, coffee, tea, sugar, a kettle, an iron, an ironing board, and nothing else. There was a hair dryer, but it wasn't there, so I asked the hotel staff and they gave me one from the back of the store. The city was so noisy on Friday night that I couldn't sleep. The bed was made fine.

We just had a short visit there while in the city. It's within walking distance to darling harbour, so it doesn't feel too bad to walk after a flight. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and had what we needed. It is adjoined to a pub but other than going to the pub to check in had no issues with it. Coverall was a pleasant stay in the city :)

Very Central to all amenities very close to the trams and the train station lots of shops close by. Hotel room very very clean very good service clean towels and bedding toiletries Included.
The only downside was you could hear noise from other rooms, but it was quiet after 11 pm
