Pros: very helpful staff (especially with Trip.com messing up our reservation--they charged us for a three-day reservation for heated tents, and booked three separate nights in tents without any electricity, charging us far higher than the typical nightly rate). Pizza is delicious. Great location
Cons: terrible wifi, no cell service, lots of noisy children on a camping trip
