The unit is thoughtfully laid out and does not share any walls with other units. Open concept living, dining, and kitchen is great for a family or small group of friends. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked for your cooking needs. There is also a TV with Roku and board games for a fun night indoors.There is a quiet private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep. The unit also makes use of the high ceilings with two lofted spaces that can sleep up to 3. Please note: the lofts are not suitable for children <12Just off the living room is a private balcony with a BBQ. There is also a shared community year-round hot tub and seasonal pool. Please observe all posted signs and rules.You will have access to the entire home with coded keyless entry. You will also have access to the community seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, and paid laundry facility. Please take extra care of the keys. Lost keys will incur a $200 fee.There is ample parking in the off street lot in front of the units.We love animals, but please note per the complex's HOA, there is a very strict NO PET POLICY.
