Sunnyvale Hotels with Pools

Just beside Google headquarters, walking distance. The facilities are new and the price is right.

I've stayed at this hotel three times, and overall it's very comfortable. 1. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of knives, utensils, tableware, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher 3. Parking is in the basement and is very safe with an access fence. 4. The waiters are very friendly 5. Housekeeping is done once every two days 6. Breakfast is ordinary, usually scrambled eggs, meat strips, bread, and fruit. 7. There is a Korean supermarket next door to the hotel and a Safeway supermarket diagonally opposite. It is within a five-minute walk and is very convenient. 8. There is a donut shop and a Chinese restaurant next door

The design of the room is very reasonable, the living room and the bedroom are separated, the living room also has a complete kitchen, induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, range hood... everything is very suitable for cooking by yourself, and the parking lot is large enough. . The air conditioner is too loud, the breakfast type is relatively single, and the washing machine is not convenient enough. Overall, it is good, business travel and personal travel are suitable choices.

Getting into the pool is a bit complicated. Also, the hallway smells like wood because it has been newly decorated. The hotel itself is old and the elevators are outdated. The interior of the room is clean

On the positive side, the receptionist upgraded our room to one with a balcony without us even asking. However, a few things were subpar. We understand that mistakes happen from time to time, but what made it worse was how they handled the issues with zero apology. 1. We checked in to find the body wash dispenser completely empty and we only realized it late at night. The night receptionist provided three small tubes but couldn't replenish it. When we asked the front desk again the next morning, we were told to find housekeeping. We tracked down housekeeping, only to be told to go back to the receptionist. 2. The bed linen had an obvious stain, and we weren't sure if it was still wet, so we just covered it with a towel. We decided not to complain further because it was already late that night, and the receptionist hadn't been very helpful with the body wash anyway. 3. Breakfast was pretty much gone by 9:29 AM. The kitchen staff was there initially but didn't do anything. A receptionist helped us try to locate them around 9:35 AM, but no one could be found. They finally showed up and replenished only the scrambled eggs at 9:55 AM, nothing else, but by then, it was already too late for us. The receptionist actually told us to file a formal complaint anyway, mentioning it has been a recurring issue.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is very satisfactory, the facilities are well-equipped, the breakfast is delicious, it is a good hotel accommodation choice for business trips and family trips!

The room is big! Although it looks a bit old, it is very clean, there are some, and parking is convenient.

Booked a room with breakfast, but found out the next day that it was not a buffet, but a form of ordering at the restaurant bar. The waiter cooked according to the order. It felt quite worth it. But if there were many people, there was only one waiter, which was a bit overwhelmed :D One more thing to complain about. Since the hotel was newly renovated, the smell was still quite strong, and parking was charged, which felt a bit not worth it. Everything else was good.
