Hotel location is not far from the airport, is a local resort hotel, hotel dinner is only 6 o'clock, Texas people like afternoon wine, one afternoon is a glass of white wine to sit in the afternoon so the hotel also has, but the room I live in hot water is not heat. Our stay was good. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle - the person who answered the phone to assistance was not helpful. The shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. After we got to the hotel, everything went smoothly except that they charged us the full rate a second time. I am working with trip.com now to resolve the matter.
The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.

Check-in was not the best. Asked if I could get early check-in and ending up after their normal check-in time if I recall correctly. They were not that informative on if they would be able to do check-in early. Also said they were booked when I tried to stay the next day, but their website had rooms available and on other websites and on theirs.

Stayed for a night after arriving late from the airport and it was perfect for our needs. The hotel is one of a long line of airport hotels not too far from the airport. I checked in and picked a room using the Hilton app and went straight to my room. I was on the second floor and heard absolutely no traffic or airplane noise, which I was surprised at given the proximity to the runway. The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The kitchen area has a large fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. There were clean dishes and cups inside the dishwasher. I found it curious that even though there is a kitchen where you can prepare food, there is nowhere to sit down and eat, just the desk with one chair. If there is more than one person, they would have to sit on the sofa. In the lobby, the breakfast buffet was well stocked and the area was kept clean. Just be aware that the warm food options are prefab egg sandwiches and such. There are no restaurants, convenience stores, etc. within walking distance so you will need a car if you want anything outside the hotel. Overall I had a good stay and would return.

Great service experience from Brenda Brown and Gabriel Platt!!!! The breakfast was great and Brenda was very nice, Gabriel allowed me to park for a short time in front because it was raining! Stay as far away from this hotel as you possibly can you note to say in cheap and cheerful well was cheap but I certainly wasn’t any cheerful i’ve had the pleasure of staying in many hotels of my life and I thought maybe stayed in one or two bad ones but it was not a statin this hotel that I realised how bad really is I felt I had to stay up all night just to protect my wife it’s like one of these hotels is seeing a Netflix serious where man brings his victims to be chopped up I could actually say I think there was victims chopped up in this hotel sticky carpets no paint on the doors rust all over the bathroom with a mattress That had more ups and downs that a Rocky marriagemore bumps felt totally unsafe and dirty in the whole place when I say I was like something out of a horror movie I’m not messing on helpful and very rude stuff but well it was the most amazing thing was being asked to give a $100 deposit on the room in case we damaged anything the only thing in the room that was worth over $100 was me I don’t think I could’ve damaged a room anymore if I even tried so guys it may be cheaper to stay far away

As a Marriott Platinum I try to choose hotels with a Club lounge. I always enjoy the evening snacks/drinks. For some reason the Sheraton DFW does nothing in the evening except put out granola bars and water. There's also sodas in a fridge. The Club level room is nice, the restaurant food- baby back ribs fantastic. Overall it was a nice stay but come on Marriott, the lounge is suppose to have a little wine/snacks in the evening (even house wine). As I came out of the lounge there was a guy at the elevator who said, ”You must have special powers. My lounge card won't let me in.” I told him to just check with the (not mean but def not friendly) front desk.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff is super friendly. But, There is a major breakdown in communication between the front desk and other staff. Our TV in the living room was not working. Called the front desk they said maintenance would be right over. Hours later and many phone calls to the front desk, come to find out there was NO maintenance on sight that day. The other huge issue was the get our room cleaned. We had asked to have our room cleaned very other day. We would let the front desk know when we would be out of the room so they could clean. EVERY time we came back from being out of the room for several hours (3-5 hours), our room was never done. One time they only cleaned 1/2 our room. The other half was left dirty. So we had to call them back in to finish cleaning. It was a mess. The pool was great except no lounge chairs. The breakfast was good. Had a good verity and had alternative milk which was awesome. The price was reasonable. We are on fence if we will come back or not.

The hotel is really close to the airport, very convenient if you have a connection. I would give 5/5 to the hotel but I had an issue with the shuttle, is really hard to know where does the shuttle stops at the airport, there is no information on the hotel's website neither on trip.com. I had to call to the hotel for indications, they only said: go to the pickup point. At the end I had to ask a person working at the airport and he told me were the stop was, but, when the shuttle arrived it didn't stopped and I had to take a $17 Uber.

First, I will start out with the pluses. The staff mainly but also convenient location to area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best staffs I have encountered. Jenn B was especially gracious and a lovely young lady. That is about all I have on that. Now for the negatives. The property in some places is in disrepair. In fact, parts of the ceiling were coming down in the bar area and some fell into the chair right beside me the other night. There are other areas like that in the dining area; actually several of them. Some other things to be aware of: The cupboards in the room were almost bare. 2 paper plates and that was pretty much it. There is no stove in the room but a micro and a mini fridge which was not secure and fell out of the opening when trying to open the door. If you shove it up into the space to prevent that, your knuckles will be scraped up trying to open the door. Also, 2 very small trash cans in the room so any dining you had in there with the remnants there was not enough room for it all after 3 nights of stay. Worst of all would have to be the ”buffet breakfast”. By far the worst I have experienced especially in terms of the selection. See the attached photo especially noting the bananas. Really?? To me these are management/ownership issues as again, the staff was wonderful.

GGuest UserWe missed our flight our of DFW due to weather, so we booked online while at the airport and got a cab to the hotel. They gave us a quiet room which we requested which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable, all appliances worked in room. Bath was a bit small but it worked, nice hot shower with good pressure for rinsing hair. The suite is nice as there is a couch to sit on and a coffee table to sit and relax for a bit before heading to bed. A hotel shuttle would be nice to add.

JJIEIt takes a night to transfer to the hotel. The hotel asks to call after the airport and then send a car to pick up the car for less than 10 minutes. Nothing nearby. Eat in the hotel restaurant. It’s a good taste. The shuttle bus goes to the airport every half an hour without an appointment. Overall satisfaction.

Sally Naidu is the manager and she goes above and beyond to accommodate travelers. I lead tour groups and for many years we have stayed at this hotel. Many staff members have been there year after year and that is a great testament to the management and staff morale. This hotel is always very clean and has lots of extras like an excellent breakfast, secure gated parking, free shuttle to and from the airport, lots of amenities and a beautiful relaxing environment

Despite the long-standing reputation that accompanies the Hilton brand, I was underwhelmed by this location and its seemingly outdated facilities, rooms, and amenities. Upon check-in, we were directed to our rooms on the back side of the building, only to see a sign asking to purchase daily parking. Whether or not that is for the travelers going to and from DFW or not, still required clarification with the front desk who seemed surprised that “free parking” is advertised online when booking. The rooms are the toughest selling point. The air-conditioning unit worked so effectively that the rooms ran very cold and humid causing damp sheets and mosquitoes to pester my every movements. In fact, the humidity and dusty vents gave my father-in-law a sinus infection. The popcorn ceilings made it appear as if I was booked in an antiquated motel. Lastly, water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Where the rooms and staff lacked, the quick access to the toll roads and the greater DFW area was a huge plus.

AA WThe young woman who checked us in was extremely nice and cheerful. The room was very basic, no frills but very clean, super comfy beds, VERY cold a/c, and close to the airport. Parking lot was well lit and we felt very safe. The young man at checkout was also very pleasant.

TTootie!!This hotel has had to be one of the best that I have stayed in in quite some time. The front desk were extreme helpful when needed, they’re very nice! Never had a problem with them! 10/10 recommend! The service is amazing! Restaurant, vending machines, drinks were cold, fitness room and pool!
