In addition, there are 3 bathrooms as well. The upstairs master bedroom opens to a balcony with gorgeous views of the intracoastal and pool. This area is perfect to watch the dolphins frolic from. Dolphins are a regular in our backyard! The main level has an open concept living room/kitchen combo. The kitchen is fully equipped to make incredible meals at home! This level opens to a screened in porch that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee from while watching the sunrise! There is also a washer/dryer available to make laundry done with ease! The backyard contains a heated salt water pool with hot tub, lounge chairs and patio furniture, as well as a gas grill. You can drive the street legal 6 person golf cart around anywhere in Indian Rocks Beach! (You must be 18 with a valid drivers license to operate the golf cart.) To add to your fun, there are 3 clear kayaks and a clear paddleboard to utilize in the intracoastal for the ultimate sea life observation experience! All linens, beach towels, life jackets, puddle jumpers for the kids, and a baby float are included too! This home is located across a quiet street from the park! Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well! Busch Gardens is a 45 minute drive, Clearwater is 10 minutes, and Orlando about 2 hours away! The home boasts a large pool overlooking the intercostal with plenty of space for relaxing and cooking out on the BBQ.The home has amazing views of the water; relax and spend time watching the boats, dolphins, pelicans and wildlife go by, or set off in the two kayaks that we have available for you to use, at your leisure. Heated private pool if you want to take a break from the sand. Condo is two bedrooms with two full baths and comes very well stocked for your stay. We have Spectrum cable television, free 200mb WiFi and all rooms have televisions. The master has a King-sized bed, full bath with shower and a very large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, full bath with tub and a large closet. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Our well-appointed and spacious kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen towels, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, appliances and the fridge has water in the door and an automatic ice maker. Large farmhouse style dining room table easily seats six with room to eat, work remotely or play board games. Eat in kitchen has three stools and a lot of counter space for cooking and storage.
