Gulf State Park, white sand beaches, the Wharf Amphitheatre and entertainment district and more are all less than 10 miles away. You'll have the entire condo unit and patio to yourself. The pool, BBQ grill/picnic pavilion area, and green space are all shared common spaces for guests and residents of the complex. This is an uncluttered and spacious two bedroom, two bath unit on the second floor with a private patio facing the quiet interior of the complex. We have furnished and stocked this unit with you in mind. We want you to feel as if you're home away from home! Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed where you'll rest easy after a long day at the beach or sports fields. Doze off or watch TV. If you need extra sleep space, each room is big enough to accommodate an air mattress (one is provided within the unit) or a child's pack-n-play. We have tried to make it a bit easier on you by supplying a high chair/booster seat, a small air mattress, and a pack-n-play with a changing station. There are outlet covers over the electric outlets that are within reach of tiny hands (and an extra bag of them to use at your discretion). There is a Ring Doorbell on the exterior door in the breezeway - there are no other camera devices for the unit.
