DuPage County Hotels with Pools

The room was cleaned and friendly staff. However, I think the price was too expensive and I checked in at night though the key card was issued for the room that someone else already in it. So we have to come down to get another room. It was on a fifth floor but we were down to the 3rd floor next to the HVAC unit outside which was loud. It was not a bad stay or service but I wish it was better for $199. I wish we get a better room for that price.

The room is very good, very big and clean, there is a microwave, the shower room can also dry clothes, the price is better, the location may be a little bit, but it is acceptable, the large supermarket next to it is almost 1.2KM It is convenient to eat anything.

It is about 40 minutes away from Chicago Airport, making it convenient for travel

KR Okay, I heard a trip to Sacago. Staff facilities are all jim. Car rental ㄱ ㄱ Opposite the target sbuck honey, one minute cut, five minutes cut. FR I'm commando you here because people who work are very nice . EN thank you for your best service. i stayed hotel really comfortable :) and your service is so proffesional . i highly recommand someone visit chicago for trip.

A new hotel in the suburbs of Chicago, with free parking and convenient surrounding shopping and dining. The hotel is newly renovated and the service is very good👍

The room is good, not far from the airport, quiet, price concessions, except for no microwave oven, everything else is good! It is also very convenient to get to the airport shuttle bus, and it will be delivered in 13 minutes! Water delivery is more intimate!

Cons: The duvet in the room was quite thin, making it a bit chilly at night. It's also located a bit far from the city center. Pros: On the positive side, it offers great value for money. The surroundings were clean and well-maintained, and the service was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The greatest difficulty was checking in, as the kitchen cupboard was bare. There was no clerk, simply a note with incorrect spelling, which I deciphered and called a clerk from the Holiday Inn Express. He was helpful and explained that the hotel I was at was no longer employed there. The room was fine, but wrestling luggage up the stairs required the strength of Hercules. I managed. There was also no one there the next day, but Geraldine from the next hotel proved very helpful. I even asked her to assist me with dropping off a package at the post office, which hopefully she accomplished. The hotel was absolutely fine, but the service could certainly have been better.

Hotel was dated and in some some spots in disrepair. Peeling wallpaper, no elevators (only 2 floors), somewhat dingy. Plus in the evening the hallways reeked of ********* smoke/smell even though signage was posted as to no smoking, *********, etc. Did not expect this based on the community and the location of the hotel. For the price, hotel just ok...... Was surprised that each evening we were there the hotel seemed to be at capacity. We will not return to this hotel.
