The staff were fantastic, really helpful, the rooms were excellent and clean, massage was lovely and the pool was good.
Can’t really fault the hotel, the only thing I could criticise, which is possibly outside the hotel control was the lagoon outside the hotel, which did smell if the wind in wrong direction

Hotel was nice, cozy and with a nice pool. Since we didn't get right room, stuff offered us room by the pool and we were thrilled about that change because pool was so relaxing and without crowds. Breakfast is nice and tasty with great view. Service stuff helped us a lot with things we needed and also they were really polite. Even hotel manager approved extra need we had.
Really good service but you need to book a ride to the Coron town centre every time. All in all, I'm recommending to get this hotel because even price is more than expectable. And you will be surprised by helpfulness of the stuff and their manager.

We’re in love with this hotel, our stay was just great. We took premium room and it was huge, with all amenities we might need. Breakfast was full of options both local and western which was great for us, so we could try something different. The best was pool are with 3 swimming pools with different depth. All the staff was helpful from very beginning, they managed for us renting motorbike, advice where to go on the island, and took care about every detail

The Bacau Bay Resort was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was great. A little far from the main town but the staff are helpful to get you wherever you want to go! Really recommend for a relaxing time!!

This is a quiet and relaxed hotel. The AC can make your room very cold which is great when you are out in the sun for too long doing all the great island tours around Coron! The room is comfortable enough and the staff would clean it everyday. My only complaint is the shower drain, it drained very slow and the water would flood out of the shower. There is a drain outside the shower but it still made the floor wet and soaked my slippers. The staff is very kind, always says hello. This hotel is at the top of a hill, right up from the town. You will get good exercise here, it is very close to the entrance to Mount Tapyas. You can see the Coron sign from the hotel. The hotel offers transportation to the airport and you can pay low prices for the amazing different island tours. You can pay the hotel for the tours and the tour hosts will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off when the tour is done. The breakfast is decent and the pool is very nice and relaxing. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar are great and you get an amazing view up there!

Want to see the sunset🌇Choose a sunset villa, just go out~ Since we played in Coron for two days, the stay in Paradise Island was too short, and we haven't finished walking on the island😅. The swimming pool is a bit small, and the water is stagnant, which needs to be improved.
The room assigned at the beginning was too far from my friend, so I asked to change it. Because there were customers in other rooms, I changed to the next room😂, and the front desk did not arrange your luggage to change directly. I had to call the room to change it. The service was not detailed enough (•︠ˍ•︡)🥺Facing different customers every day, maybe they are also **~Smiling on the surface, ** in the heart, hahaha😁The pretty front desk lady was indifferent~Others would take the initiative to say hello when they saw customers🫰🏻
Then there was no fruit for breakfast, probably because of the island, the supplies were scarce😰.
Finally, overall, it is very suitable for taking children to get close to nature. There are bats, lizards, and many birds on the island🐦~ Very good photos.

The hotel is built on a slope, so the entrance and exit routes require climbing stairs all the time.
I booked 8 rooms with two small beds on the website, but only 2 were left when I arrived. The others were all rooms with double beds. In the end, I was forced to stay in a room with 4 people.
It caused a lot of trouble in terms of accommodation arrangements, and I was very angry.
There is no hairdryer in the room, and the bathroom design is very problematic. There are no drainage holes in the sink and toilet area.
The water could not be drained out and all accumulated on the floor, which was wet. There was no ventilation equipment and the smell in the bathroom was very strong.
There is no small balcony or rack to dry wet clothes after playing in the water, so we can only hang them all outside in the public area.
There is no water dispenser, only a small bottle of mineral water is provided every day

We stayed here for 5 days. The room was spacious and clean. The facilities were great, but I think what really makes this place special is the staff. The service here is more than 5 stars!
From the front desk to the restaurant staff to housekeeping, everyone was so friendly, caring, and helpful. They constantly expressed that they cared about our experience and worked very hard to ensure that.
We had two dinners at the rooftop bar during happy hour, watching the sunset and enjoying good quality cocktails. We also had one dinner at the newly opened Mexican bar and attended their grill buffet on Wednesday night. We were very happy that we chose to stay in the hotel for these dinners. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and they surprised us at the grill dinner with a lovely birthday song and a slice of cake with a candle. Very sweet, as they noticed my boyfriend’s birthdate when we checked in with our passports and surprised us again in our room with housekeeping.
Every time we needed to go out, the front desk helped us with tricycles and offered fresh towels, which was really helpful. We would love to come back one day.

Stayed here due to lack of options frankly when booking a hotel for Coron. It obviously fancies itself as a nice resort but it's slightly on the tacky side. To be clear, the staff are very nice and check in was smooth. The pool area resembles that of a slightly tacky European resort and isn't as fancy as it wants to be. The breakfast was lacking and pretty basic. The room is nice and clean. The resort is a bit far out of the town but that's not a bad thing. A tricycle is 40 pesos per person. The hotel transfer from the airport was more expensive than hotels which are closer to the town and so further from the airport!
Overall it's fine but we stayed in another hotel in Coron after this one and preferred that one. I probably wouldn't stay here again. It's certainly not bad but not superb for the price.

笔笔尖戏子Super satisfied, highly recommend this hotel, the king of cost! Location: 5 minutes drive from Coron Town, 20-25P one person. Environment: The picture is consistent, we have set a deluxe room, although the hotel looks small, there is a hole in the sky, there is a beautiful swimming pool (free use of life jackets and ankles), as well as lounge chairs, swings, etc., elegant and pleasant. Service: The waiter is very polite, cleaning is super clean (remember to tip) Breakfast: The free breakfast is very rich, and it is not heavy every day, full! Equipment: There are safes, hair dryers, disposable toiletries, hot and cold water. From the hotel overlooking the sea, it is very beautiful, then the hotel also has a spa (on the opposite side of the two swings), behind the showcase selling jewelry in the hotel lobby is a small supermarket. If you want to buy daily necessities, but do not want to go to the town, go out of the hotel door and turn left to go 100 meters to have a canteen (cheap than the town), turn right is the road to the town. GGuest UserWe arrived and they announced us they were overbooked, so they proposed us to transfer to their hotel in front for one night, saying it was « already an upgrade » and then retransfer to this hotel. Meaning unpacking, packing again, checking in And out twice Which is inconvenient as I am pregnant, after arguing a bit we managed to get breakfast one day only tho for compensation.
Arrived at the breakfast at 9:45, it was already quite empty, we had to ask for refilling. It is clearly not worthy 355php per person, I wouldn’t recommend to get the breakfast here, one of the worst breakfast buffet we had.
Dinner was also bad, cold few fries for 180php, as an example. Pricey, not yummy I would advice to take a tricycle and go downtown - your bill will be probably same for better quality food.
When transferred to the final room, there was dust on the floor. Very poor internet connexion and Globe network which unable to use datas.
AC was very noisy in both rooms.
On a positivé note, Room is tho decent and pool is nice, I would come back for the room. We had to go to ER and missed our shuttle to the airport, they kindly took us there by car, which was a great thing and saved us in a way !

FFulgencio Pollocation is perfect just few block for a market and walking distance to the marina we're the boats for excursion is dock and load. The hotel accomodations is just basic small bed low and very thin mattress, pillow and blanket is excellent soft, water supply is abundant although electricity us intermitent on and off, our aircondition unit has been affected that doesn't giving cold air glad it was just out last night. pool is beautiful and cleaned , food for breakfast is superb better and giid quality selection. the staff are very polite and respectful, very helpful and get job done as much as possible, they pack a sandwich breakfast for us as we have early trip to El Nido that was very nice if rhem. The water supply is not drinkable so they provide bottled water and you can ask for a refill. They will give you a welcome drink of a fruit drink. This is really a good location, my only dislike is the bed, as it's very small when they say twin bed it is a twin bed, other than that it's ok. Yes its more pricey compare to the sorrounding hotel but the food and pool are the best.

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay BUT the check in was not a good experience. We were thankful that we got to check in at an earlier time (around 1-1:30pm) but we were disappointed that upon arrival no one helped us with our luggage. We have 1 large size luggage and 1 small one. After checking in, we were told that we are going to be assisted by one of their staff to our room. We expected that our luggage will be brought to our room but no one did that. The staff who assisted us did not really assist as helping with our luggage, she was just accompanying us to our room, she could not assist us because this staff might not be able to carry our big luggage so we did not ask her to carry it for us. Its just hard to carry the luggage because the room is far from the lobby and the pathway going to the room is not flat or smooth that is suitable for the luggage to be pushed. We had to carry our luggage all the way to our room.
Good points are, the room is huge, the pool is large enough. Breakfast is decent. Wifi is good.
Bad points, that time our cellular network has no signal, brown out some times but good thing they have generator.
Please be mindful of your guests. From the arrival, to departure please be aware of their needs. The hotel itself is very good but the service should be improved.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located about 10-15 minutes from the city center, walking along a busy street.
The hotel has many stairs. MANY. In our case, we had a room on the fifth floor, which involved climbing 100 steps from the bar, which is accessed after climbing two floors (the first to the reception, and then to the second).
Breakfast has eggs made at the moment, (few) fruits, toast and a few other things. It is annoying that they put bananas and mangoes on a counter but say they are not available for breakfast, and that only pineapple and watermelon are the fruits of breakfast.
The toaster is small for the amount of people there is and does not have a hot / cold water dispenser, which requires having to ask a third party to, when they have time, refill the glass of water or add water for tea.
It is surprising that a hotel in a beach city charges a fee for lending a beach towel (100 PHP).
That said, the room was not bad, provided services needed, the reception staff was helpful and helpful.

Their guests are mostly foreigners but the foods like rice and dried fish in the morning won't suit Europeans.
They must know what kind of guests they have and serve the right choices of breakfast.

GGuest UserYou can use Facebook to contact the store before you check in, and they will send a crab boat to the port to pick you up (free of charge). The island is very beautiful and quiet at night, and you can also dive freely around to see corals and fish schools, but sometimes you will encounter poisonous jellyfish. Be careful, dinner There happened to be freshly caught fish for steaming, which was very delicious.
The boss is from Fujian, so he can communicate in Chinese and *********
You need to pay for the drinks in the refrigerator. After drinking Coke, Sprite, pineapple juice, and beer, the total is 150 pesos, which is not expensive.
But there are no other stores on the island, so if you don’t want to eat in a restaurant, you can bring your own instant noodles or snacks.

GGuest UserGreat location - short walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ATM/banks, harbour for island hopping, tour agencies, market, etc. The staff are helpful, welcoming and accommodating. They serve a decent Filipino buffet breakfast (6:30-9:00am) that will surely fill you up for your adventures. This hotel has an elevator, which is convenient. They offer a safe for your valuables at the reception (not in the rooms), and they keep them safely. The only downside is the WiFi is only available in the lobby and dining area and not in the rooms, but this wasn’t a problem for us. One problem for us is the smell from the pipes in the bathroom (sometimes), but the overall cleanliness is good. I would go back and stay in this property again. FYI, we stayed in Room SK, which was quite big with a balcony (great for hanging your wet stuff from island hopping - ask for a portable stand hanger).
